Village Green Resort Restaurant

The "Seaons at the Green" restaurant at Village Green Resort in Cottage Grove is open nightly from 5:00pmĀ  to 9:00pm for dinner. (Our lounge is open for lunch.)
A few of our garden fresh dishes are described below.

New York Steak:
12 oz grilled New York steak topped with roasted garlic peppercorn butter $20

Top Sirloin
8 oz grilled To Sirloin of beef with three wine demi glace $16

Beef Stroganoff
Tender Beef Tips and mushrooms in a sour cream enriched demi glace,
served over your choice of either rice or penne pasta $15

Grilled Pork Loin
8 oz grilled boneless Pork Loin Chop served with a spiced apple cranberry chutney $15

Hazelnut Encrusted Pork Loin
Two center cut Pork Medallions coated in hazelnuts, topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce $15

Chicken Marsala
Lightly breaded and sauteed with mushrooms, garlic and shallots in a marsala beurre blanc $16

Hunter's Chicken
Two 4oz grilled boneless chicken breasts in a rich mushroom demi glace $16

Chicken Piccata
Lightly breaded and sauteed with garlic, shallots, tomatoes and capers in a lemon white wine sauce $16

Grilled Wild Salmon
Glazed in a whole grain honey mustard sauce $20

Mushroom Ragout
Shiitake and button mushrooms sauteed in garlic and assorted fresh vegetables tossed in marinara sauce, served with a roasted garlic herb risotto $16

Seafood Pasta
Shrimp, calamari, octopus, mussels and manila clams tossed in a herbed cream sauce, served with penne pasta $18

Tomato Basil Chicken
Fresh tomato and basil sauteed with in garlic and white wine, tossed in penne pasta topped with grilled chicken breast and parmesan cheese $16
