Features and Policies at Village Green ResortCheck-in time Check-in time is 3 pm. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room isn't ready. Check-out time Check-out time is 11am. If you want to stroll around town and won't be leaving until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.
Credit cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Concierge service Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events. Swimming Pool The outdoor pool is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Towels are available at the front desk. Wireless Internet Access is available in the lobby area at Village Green Resort. We accept pets in designated pet rooms. To book a pet-friendly room, click on any of the book a room links, choose your arrival date and look for any of the available rooms that are marked as pet-friendly. Travelers' checks We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-541-942-2491. We cannot accept cancellations made by E-mail.
